We just came from Blue Cove last week and I still have a hangover of that place.. It was a perfect spot to relax and get away from the city life. So relaxing, you could spend the whole afternoon staring at the view from your veranda appreciating the place. We spent 3 days and 2 nights there and wish we could stay forever! On our 2nd day we went mountain trekking with a very good lady guide I named “Ineng”, and reach the top of the island and the view was splendid!! We could see all the surrounding islands from the top. The view was breathtaking!
The resorts manager, Angel was so good to us, and the staff were all so helpful. They attend to your every need and inquiries about their place. They tried their best to make your stay so peaceful and relaxing. The next time we go back we decided to stay for a week!
By the way, the food was great! I so loved their Fish Fillet.. Pancit canton… and Fish in Coconut Sauce… which all came in big servings.
We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed the stay, very nice people. Angel took care of us, she told us what to expect and what not. I loved the place. It’s very peaceful and clean, well maintained, I should say. The clear water of the beach is amazing. The room and accommodation are good. I highly recommend Blue Cove.
My sons and I spent a few days at Blue Cove in July and loved every minute of our time there. We were very sad to leave and would happily have stayed for much longer.
Angel and David looked after us so well and did everything possible to ensure our comfort and wellbeing. They are charming and friendly hosts who also manage the resort very professionally. I was sorry to say goodbye to them and hope to return in the future.
The cottage we stayed in was beautiful with rustic charm although perhaps not for those requiring luxury. But if looking for tranquility or adventure the resort offers everything. Clear water with an abundance of fish and coral, a fascinating jungle trail leading to a viewing platform with an amazing 360 degree vista, a great bar and restaurant, excellent food and lovely hosts.
So I thoroughly recommend it.

My husband and I stayed at Blue Cove Island Resort for 7 nights over New Year’s Eve 2014-2015. We really enjoyed our stay. Angel and her staff were so welcoming and accommodating! The rooms are very basic, but they are affordable and comfortable. The island itself remains very quiet throughout the day and night. There are small hiking trails around the island, and beautiful, crystal clear, water right in front of the resort. We would definitely go to Blue Cove, again, and hope to! It’s a wonderful place to unwind, relax/reset, and get away from most everything.
What a relaxing get-away! You are on an island paradise, with a wonderful staff and friendly other guests.
